  • Finding a therapist you really connect with is so important, but it can definitely be tough! I invite you to get to know me a little better through a free initial consultation and/or our first few sessions together. I will check-in as we progress to see how things are feeling for you and, if it’s not feeling like the right fit, I’m happy to help identify some referral options for you.

  • There’s no one-size-fits-all answer to this. Some people benefit greatly from short-term, solution-focused work, lasting just a few months, while others are needing and wanting something longer term to more deeply explore their patterns, experiences, and relationships. We will check-in on a regular basis to ensure our session focus, appointment frequency, and treatment length aligns with your goals and needs.

    Even for those who only need short-term support right now, many end up returning down the road when new life challenges pop up. That’s totally okay!

  • We will spend 15 minutes briefly assessing whether we might be a good fit. I will ask questions about what’s bringing you to therapy and let you know if this is within my areas of practice. We’ll also go over details like costs/insurance and scheduling an intake.

    We can’t dig in deep during the consultation, but hopefully it gives you a brief glimpse into what it might feel like to work with me. We will continue to assess our fit as we progress with the full intake session and subsequent therapy appointments.
